“Musical, extra, tall, energetic, and kind” perfectly describes the character of Chris Barber. His height is almost as enormous as his heart. Chris claims, “There are so many advantages to being tall! I can grab things off of shelves and go on any carnival ride. Although, it is a bit trickier to dance when you’re tall because I need to do a little more movement to match everyone else’s dancing.”

Music has always been a part of Chris’ life. “Music means the world to me! I enjoy listening to it from time to time. It’s a fun, therapeutic process.” In fact, Chris loves music so much that he joined The Northern Lights Show Choir at North High. He reveals, “I’ve grown not only as a singer and dancer, but also as a person. I’ve enhanced myself as a performer and I’ve met some of my best friends that I will keep forever!”
