Senior Spotlight: Danelle Kraft

Senior Spotlight: Danelle Kraft

Libby Haggerty, Staff Writer

Fresh out to college and starting her new career in architecture, Danelle Kraft has a bright future ahead of her. She is ready to face any challenge that comes her way. Danelle firmly believes in the saying, “Train insane or remain the same!”

Training for sports such as swimming and track and field have kept Danelle very busy during her high school experience. She became a competitive swimmer when she was just nine years old! Joining North High’s Swim and Dive Team in seventh grade was the obvious next step for Danelle. Track and Field didn’t enter Danelle’s life, however, until freshman year. She “fell in love with the feeling of throwing and the diving board.” Danelle plans to continue on with Track and Field only due to a fourteen-year-old back injury.
