Senior Lindsey Pieczykolan sits down to talk about her take on North’s Volleyball win versus Tartan earlier this week. “It sucks. It makes me sad because when you’re playing you get such a rush and get so hyped and it’s just so much fun when you score because everyone gets so loud and you feel amazing when you get game winning hits or digs. I miss it”! replied Pieczykolan when I asked her how it makes her feel watching the game when she used to play on the same floor. An ACL injury that ended her volleyball career was a wake up call to other’s around her as well. “I think my injury had an effect on others because I was always the loudest one one the court and I was a captain so someone else had to step up and talk now that I was injured”. All can say is, keep working Polars! Your opportunity could be taken away at any time so take nothing for granted. Play each game like it’s your last. With that being said, Good luck to the girls on the rest of their season. Go Polars!
