Brooklyn Roberts is the name of the new Special Ed. teacher at North.

She started the ball rolling by submitting an application online. Mr. Nelson interviewed Ms. Roberts this summer and, lo and behold, she got the job.

Her first day of work was August 20th, after a trip to the Dominican Republic.

One of the most embarrassing moments she experienced was in high school, after a pep-fest, everybody ran from the bleachers to leave. As she was the smallest person there, she got trampled and pushed down on the bleachers by the rushing crowd. Her friends tried to help her and she eventually made it out.

Let’s hope that Ms. Roberts enjoys relative safety in North hallways!
