North Saint Paul girls basketball had a pretty bad 2016-2017 season with only 7 wins to end the year. the remaining girls got all new coaching staff and begun to work on their skills and teamwork. All the girls left from last season spent a lot of time preparing for this upcoming 2017-2018 season. The new coaches came from amazing teams and also brought them up to amazing levels coach Scott Antl was a very successful coach throughout his many years coaching along side Jason Hofstedt with jv coach Steve Molander and two c-squad coaches Val Anderson and Pryce Wasswa. The coaches new plans for North Saint Paul are hoping to bring the Polars to a new level and more wins. we have done a lot of pre-season workouts and scrimmages like fall ball to get prepared for this years season. They are two days in and already going over a play book and preparing to face their biggest rivals Tartan high school. The four captains are trying to make sure all the girls are ready for their last season. a lot of the girls are in the last year playing and want to end the season with plenty of wins. Coach Scott Antl has big plans to look forward too this year. The girls first game is November 28, 2017 at north Saint Paul high school against Spring lake Park. We give the lady polars a big good luck to the game ahead.
