“A loud and proud Palestinian American who loves to advocate for those whose voice isn’t heard” perfectly describes Nadia Kablaoui. Her optimism can be seen in her “bright and (adorable)” socks, along with her rambunctious laugh.

Fashion has always been important to Nadia. In fact, her choice to take her headscarf off has been the most difficult challenge in her life thus far. She confesses, “I had so many thoughts, but I knew it was right for me. The criticism afterward was worth my sense of liberty.”

Regardless of what Nadia wears, her family members “are very close and love being around each other.” Her message to the world is to overcome ignorance with empathy. She is “pretty easy-going,” however, Nadia will stand up for what she believes in: kindness and caring.
